• Impressive Widescreen Display: Provided a massive 45m x 5.5m widescreen, seamlessly crafted from the synchronized glow of 20,000 state-of-the-art data projectors.
• Themed Infusion for Ambiance: Infused rooms with themes reflecting the event’s international significance and a distinct Western Australian ambiance.
• Breakout Room Design and Execution: From conceptualisation to execution, we designed and executed all breakout rooms, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for every participant.
