Ozri User conference

Ozri 2017 brought together Geographic Information System (GIS) professionals for three days of local user stories and presentations by international experts and in-depth discussions about everything new in the world of GIS.

NEXTGEN worked with Esri in:

ESRI is a geographic information system that has been conducting the Australian regional conference in one Australian location with success. NEXTGEN developed and presented a viable stage set concept that was transportable from site to site allowing for audience engagement far in excess of what was proposed by others.

What We provided
  • Innovative stage set design: we conceptualised and executed groundbreaking stage set design, merging LED panels and projection screen technology to create an engaging visual experience for the OZRI 2017 roadshow.
  • Strategic logistical planning: recognising the series of events spanning two weeks, logistically planning was integral to the success of the roadshow, ensuring smooth execution and optimal engagement.
  • Collaboration with ESRI’s Creative Team: working closely with the creative team, we ensured that our staged elements seamlessly complemented and matched their designed on screen content, fostering a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Cutting edge AV Technology: employing our borderless ProWideScreen and state of the art 10k laser DLP projectors, we delivered bright and sharp images alongside ultra bright 4mm LED panels mounted with a custom floor system, allowing for efficient installation and removal.
  • Snowcraft with touring crew: due to the innovative show design, a specialised touring crew with experience and show craft expertise were employed to guarantee a flawless execution of the roadshow.
  • Synchronised content with pandora’s box: managing multiple video content and outputs, our use of Pandora’s box ensured seamless synchronization, contributing to a cohesive and impactful presentation.
  • Successful execution and audience impact: all three events were executed to a high standard, earning accolades from the CEO of ESRI Australia who praised NEXTGEN as the most professional AV team, declaring it the best OZRI ever. Attendee levels tripled, exceeding expectations.
